PROJECT OVERVIEW
A lower level the whole family uses
The Marline Ct house had a big walkout lower level with a brick fireplace and sliding doors to the yard, but it felt dated and underused.
We refreshed the lower level with new flooring, paint, lighting and stairs, painted the brick fireplace, built modern bathrooms with a walk-in shower and black fixtures, and updated the family room and bedrooms. The house also has a screened porch overlooking the wooded yard.
